PostSocialTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PostSocial social media management application, presented at https://postsocial.kilmaru.com and operated at https://post.kilmaru.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PostSocial is an application that allows an authorized user to schedule, manage, and publish content to their own connected social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) through those platforms' official APIs.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Connected social accounts
When you connect a third-party social media account, you authorize the Service to access and publish to that account on your behalf, within the scope you approve. You may disconnect any account at any time. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the Meta Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of any connected platform.
- Send spam, automated abuse, or content you are not authorized to distribute.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the content you schedule and publish.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant the Service the limited permission necessary to store and transmit that content to the platforms you select.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled content will always be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platform APIs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or content, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
