This Privacy Policy explains how PostSocial ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our social media management application, presented at https://postsocial.kilmaru.com and operated at https://post.kilmaru.com. The Service lets an authorized user schedule and publish content to their own connected social media accounts.

2. Information we collect
- Account & authentication data: when you connect a social account (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), we receive, via the platform's official OAuth flow, your public profile information and access tokens needed to publish on your behalf.
- Content you create: the posts, captions, images, and videos you choose to schedule or publish through the Service.
- Basic account data: the email address and password you use to log in to the Service.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used for security and reliability.
3. How we use your information
- To publish and schedule the content you explicitly ask us to post to your connected accounts.
- To maintain your connected-account sessions and refresh access tokens.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising or profiling.
4. Sharing with third parties
To deliver content you schedule, we transmit it to the official APIs of the platforms you connect, including:

- Meta (Instagram, Facebook) — see the Meta Privacy Policy
These platforms process the data you publish according to their own policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on a private server under our control. Access tokens are stored securely and access to the server is restricted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can:
- Disconnect any social account at any time from within the Service, which revokes our stored access tokens for that platform.
- Request full deletion of your account and associated data by emailing kilmaruteam@gmail.com. We will process verified deletion requests promptly.
- Additionally revoke access from the platform side (for example in your TikTok or Instagram app settings under "Apps and websites").
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
